Tipping the Balance
I know when I have tipped the balance.
I wake up with a little bit of buzz.
I lose stuff.
My elbows feel funny (really).
I have to remind myself to breathe deeply.
My mind has a lot less empty space.
I feel the slightest sense of ongoing panic.
Yuk.
Time to get it back. Time to eliminate.

Wow Laura - I almost sent you a panicked email this morning but Juno would not let me type in the message box - it was really weird. So I decided that I would have to just carry on with what needed to be done. Then I opened your blog and can see that I am not the only one who feels as if she is drowning - or as you say "tipping the balance". Thanks - it is a good reminder to relax with it and to do some cleansing. Smiles to you as well!
